I need $13 000,to be able to complete my Diploma studies inpublic administartion as well as commernce a study on microsoft certified system engineering (MCSE). I don't have funds to finance my cost of Education ,that's why i'm pleading for your assistance. pls my class is starting on the 29th of september 2007 pls kindly help me achieve my dream as well as be able to gain qualification that will help help facilitate my future career. I need $15 000,to be able to complete my studies as well as to do Diploma in Business Management combined.

 THE NAME OF MY SISTER IS VIVIAN MISEGA MOKUA A SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENT.OUR LADY OF MERCY SCHOOL IN SOUTH B NAIROBI, KENYA AFRICA HER EDUCATION WAS BEING FUNDED BY USAID(girls ambassadors scholarship). she was abriliant,very disciplined girl the only sister we have. now at the age of 16 she is waiting bone marrow transplant or death which ever will come earlier . please help. my peasant family lives in a slum 5km from the city centre along a sewage line. is there anyone out there who can offer to help  she is sufering from acute myeloid leukemia.  she has had 30 transfusions of blood so far
